Rome Travel Blog

Hey, Guys so some of you may know that I went to Rome with my family at the start of May. Since my interrail travel blogs were such a hit I thought I would continue doing them. So here is my Rome travel blog.

Day 1 – Travelling to Rome, the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain

As we couldn’t check in yet, we left our luggage and decided to walk to the Trevi Fountain as it was close to the hotel, and then get some lunch. After we had eaten we went to the hotel to freshen up before we went to the Pantheon which was incredible.

Day 2 – Vatican City and the Spanish steps

The Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel are incredible. As touring the Vatican City took up most of the day, we decided to stop at the Spanish Steps on the way back. We then decided to go and eat at Hard Rock Cafe before heading back to the hotel for the night.

Day 3 – Colleseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill and the Trevi Fountain at night

27707564_10209251639843013_635279968_oAs our last day in Rome before we flew home the day after, we decided to make the most of it and spend the day touring around the Colleseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill which are incredible and another must see attraction when in Rome. Once we had finished at the Colleseum we went and had something to eat before stopping off to see the Trevi Fountain at night before we went home the following day.

I hope you enjoyed this short travel blog, I have a couple more travel blogs planned for this year alongside lots of other blog posts.
